From Viru Viru airport

Viru Viru is in Warnes, north of the city. The Centro is about 18 km away by road: around 30 minutes by taxi, depending on traffic.

You have three options. The 518 transfer costs $10 USD each way; arrange it on WhatsApp when you book. The airport's official taxi costs $15 USD; use only the authorised taxis. Bus line 135 costs Bs 7 and leaves for the city from 5:15 to 22:15.

Prices checked on 3 November 2026. They can change: confirm the fare before you get in.

From the Bimodal bus terminal

The Bimodal terminal serves long-distance buses and the train. It is inside the city: the Centro is about 4 km away, around 10 minutes by taxi.

Agree the taxi fare before you get in. If you would like a transfer, ask us on WhatsApp when you book.
