A spacious, comfortable and central studio in the heart of Santa Cruz, close to every bus route. It has a private bathroom with hot and cold water, wifi, a Smart TV, air conditioning and a desk. Made for remote work or an easy tourist stay. A 10-minute walk from the central square and steps from the traditional Los Pozos market, with food, a supermarket and shopping.
The studio is on the third floor of a private commercial building that holds four other independent rooms. Entry is with the key handed over at check-in. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, but there is a large terrace where it is.

The published nightly rate is fixed. Cleaning is charged separately; breakfast and laundry and ironing are optional.
