2. Enquiry and booking information
On this website, you can choose dates and enquire about a property. The name you enter and selected dates are used in your browser to prepare a message about the property; when you continue through WhatsApp or email, depending on the available channel, those details are included in the message. The website does not receive the reply or confirm or manage the reservation.
If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we may handle the information in your message and the contact details you use so we can reply and address the enquiry. If you book through Airbnb, Booking.com, or another platform, information you enter there is also subject to that platform's practices and policies.
3. Language preference
We read your browser’s preferred languages to suggest a version of the site, without switching languages automatically. When you choose a language or dismiss the suggestion, we save that choice in this browser’s local storage so the suggestion does not appear again. You can change language with the selector and remove this preference by clearing the site’s data in your browser.
4. Website analytics
When analytics is enabled for this version of the website, we use PostHog Cloud to measure visits and predefined interactions, such as opening a property listing, entering dates, or leaving for a contact or booking channel.
- Exact dates are not sent as event data: the browser converts them into broad stay-length and lead-time categories before measurement.
- We do not send PostHog names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages, exact dates, free text, or external WhatsApp, Airbnb, or Booking.com links. Website and referrer URLs are reduced to their origin and path, without query strings or fragments.
- PostHog uses memory persistence for its identifier. Person profiles, autocapture, and session recordings are not enabled. This describes the website client's configuration; it does not mean PostHog receives no technical metadata.
- The current configuration does not disable PostHog's processing of IP addresses. The provider may receive technical connection and browser metadata and use an IP address to infer approximate location. Analytics may be disabled when no key is configured.
When Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, its beacon measures site visits and performance metrics, including Core Web Vitals. Cloudflare handles data sent by that beacon under its own policies.
5. External services
WhatsApp, Airbnb, and Booking.com are external services; their own privacy policies govern information they handle. PostHog Cloud and Cloudflare Web Analytics are analytics providers and handle the events or beacon data described above under their own policies when each service is enabled.
