Expográfica and Bolivia Textil 2026 at Fexpocruz (13–15 Nov): where to stay

Expográfica Bolivia (printing and visual communication) and Bolivia Textil (textiles and clothing manufacturing) run from Friday 13 to Sunday 15 November 2026 in the Pabellón Guarayos at the Fexpocruz fairground on Av. Roca y Coronado. If you are coming from another city as an exhibitor or trade visitor, the first things to settle are how many nights to cover and where you will travel from each day. Of our spaces, the closest to the fairground is the studio on the third ring road, in the south of the city.

Dates, venue and what is still unconfirmed

Both fairs' websites list 13, 14 and 15 November in Fexpocruz's Pabellón (or Salón) Guarayos, and the Fexpocruz calendar lists both from 13 to 15 November 2026, noting that dates may change. Expográfica describes this as its 4th edition. The two fairs share the pavilion and the organiser's contact details.

When we checked the pages on 19 October 2026, they had a visitor registration form but did not publish opening hours or an admission price. Before you book flights or bus tickets, confirm those details with the organiser.

Which nights to book

If you are visiting for a single day, one night may be enough. To cover all three days, plan on staying from Thursday 12 or Friday 13 through Sunday 15, depending on when you arrive. At 518.rent the usual check-in is 14:00 and check-out is 11:00.

If you are exhibiting, ask the organiser which days and hours are set for stand build-up and dismantling before you fix your nights: that may add a night before the 13th or after the 15th. If your return trip leaves after Sunday's close, ask us before booking what check-out options there are; we do not treat a different time as guaranteed.

Another event at Fexpocruz on Friday the 13th

The ticket site Ventik lists HUGEL Live, presented by ONE Entertainment, on Friday 13 November 2026 at Fexpocruz, from 18:00 to 03:00 on Saturday, for ages 18 and over. It is the same fairground and the same day as the fairs' first day: if you leave the fair that evening, allow extra time for the trip back.

Which 518 space is closest

Based on our listing addresses, the studio on Av. Roque Aguilera, on the third ring road, is the closest to Fexpocruz; Equipetrol and Centro are farther away. It sleeps 2 and has a small kitchen, a workspace, wifi and hot water. Its listing does not include air conditioning: if you need it, see the Equipetrol option below. If you need air conditioning or a washer

For three nights of trade fair, some travellers prefer air conditioning and a washer. Chill Studio Equipetrol has both, plus a kitchen and a workspace, and sleeps 3. It is farther from the fairground than the south studio, so factor in the trip each morning.

Arriving from the airport

If you fly into Viru Viru, we can arrange an airport transfer for USD 14 each way. Send us your flight number and arrival time when you book. All our spaces have 150 Mbps wifi, which helps if you need to prepare material or answer orders after the fair day.
